I created this piece to expressively channel my daily tempest; a short-lived but intense vortex of chaos during my day. For me, the daily tempest usually manifests itself in some form of emotional stress. It’s a whirlwind, mostly dark and stormy, but swathed with tamer breezes that hint at better times to come. This is my everyday.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that I also imagined this piece as a headless snail abstract sashaying down a deviled egg path!
